Sales Development Intern (Remote, Commission-Based)
ScribeAI is hiring Sales Development Interns to help fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll be on the front lines reaching out to medical clinics via cold calls and emails to introduce our AI-powered documentation platform. Your mission is to spark interest, book demos, and generate pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- Make 50+ cold calls per day to clinics across the U.S.
- Send targeted cold emails and follow-ups using our messaging templates
- Log outreach activity and notes
- Join 2 check-in calls per week with the CEO
- Work remotely and independently
- Earn commission for every closed deal you generate
What We’re Looking For:
- Clear, confident phone presence
- Grit and drive to hit outreach goals
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Self-starter with a bias for action
- Interest in startups, tech, or healthcare sales
- Passion for high-growth startups
Compensation:
Commission-based: earn a percentage of revenue from any deal that closes through your outreach.
Top performers may be considered for a full-time offer.
