Human Resources Intern

At XIRCLS, we’re looking for sensitive, highly intuitive, and driven entry-level HR professionals who will play a key role in recruiting, managing, and supporting our global network of interns, employees, and partners. You’ll help them integrate smoothly into our dynamic, collaborative work culture — and grow right alongside them.

 

Note: This is a hands-on, growth-focused role — ideal for anyone passionate about HR and eager to learn through real experience, with plenty of support along the way.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn job posts
  • Promote openings on social media, job boards, and internal channels
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews
  • (Optional) Assist with managing our product growth teams and support their success
  • Help new hires feel welcome and set up for success

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence and comfort on camera (you may create short videos for job roles!)
  • Comfortable hosting both 1-on-1 and group video calls
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to meet goals and stay motivated
  • A strong sense of responsibility and ownership

 Previous HR internship or similar experience is a plus — but not required.
