Human Resources Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Must speak Armenian and English
- Talent management, including finding and onboarding talent necessary for the successful growth of the company
- Tracking attendance and key events including birthday and tardiness
- Helping shape and develop a work culture within the company
- Helping calculate and process all payroll and contractor wages
- Keep close communication with employees and find ways to improve workforce happiness and morale
- Help solve and mitigate employee conflicts and ensure an inclusive work environment for all employees
- Ensure legal compliance with all HR codes and necessities
