Talent Acquisition Intern

PRS, a leader in outpatient physical and occupational therapy management services, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team in Bowling Green, KY, as a Talent Acquisition Intern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks and support talent team in their daily operations.
  • Collaborate on projects in HR, healthcare, or marketing, depending on your focus area.
  • Conduct research, data entry, and assist with reporting.
  • Assist the talent team in sourcing, contacting, and recruiting candidates for various roles within our outpatient therapy clinics.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and other social media platforms to post job openings and engage potential candidates.
  • Help maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant program (HR, Healthcare, Marketing, or Business-related fields).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Travel Flexibility, able to travel 2-3 times a month for business needs
