You are going to have a lot of independence & ownership over your work. To be considered, here’s the must-haves:

Comfortable operating in pure chaos, and makes effort to bringing order to it

Likes solving problems with unclear solutions

Responsibilities:

At Pipedream you will be turning ideas into a reality which includes defining the constraints of your projects, figuring out the quickest way to get them done, and finding a way to systematize that process or product long term.

Spearheading random stuff you’ve probably never done before, but you can “figure it out”

Providing consistent feedback or suggestions on how to improve our processes (calling out BS when you see it)

Owning projects completely.

As a small team prioritizing versatility and agility, we value generalists who can navigate across various subfields of robotics, bringing solutions from concept to deployment quickly (and in sometimes rapidly-changing directions).

This role will be hourly with the potential to move to full-time based on performance.
