The Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking to hire a graduate/undergraduate student assistant within Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) in customer technology services/desktop operations. Under the close supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II, the student will assist with various Information Technology (IT) related activities such as the configuration and deployment of laptop and desktop personal computers (PC’s), maintaining the inventory of IT hardware, and provide support to help desk customers as needed/required.
