As our Founding UX Oracle, you won’t just shape user flows—you’ll translate nervous system signals, social ambiguity, and AI memory into a cognitive experience people feel before they understand.

You’ll work directly with the founder and AI team to design:

Interfaces that breathe—biometric-aware, emotionally recursive, and trust-sensitive

Rituals, not just screens—daily flows that rewire leaders, not just guide them

Coherence signals—visual and auditory elements that reinforce safety, precision, and power

Our first product experience: the system that rebuilds trust before it breaks

Preferred Tool Fluency:

✦ Figma – for design systems, flows, and coherence-aware UI

✦ Framer – for interactive prototypes that feel alive

✦ Notion – for system maps, internal rituals, and collaboration

✦ Lottie / After Effects – for micro-interactions and emotional animation

✦ Spline / Three.js (optional) – if you think in 3D or spatial UI

✦ Webflow / HTML/CSS – bonus if you enjoy shaping the live layer

This is an early, paid, part-time role with high-impact equity. You’ll shape a company designing the post-coaching interface of leadership.
