We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing and internal communication efforts. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining real-world experience in marketing, communications, and brand presentation. You’ll assist with digital updates, social media, site visits, and employee-facing materials—helping our brand stay consistent, engaging, and fresh.
This internship is ongoing with no fixed start or end date, making it ideal for students or recent grads seeking steady part-time work. There is also a clear career path for high-performing interns, including the opportunity to grow into a full-time marketing role with increased responsibility and pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update digital screens across locations with the latest marketing numbers and messaging
- Visit sites weekly to complete a marketing health checklist (signage, displays, cleanliness, etc.)
- Manage basic social media tasks: posting content, responding to comments/messages, and scheduling weekly updates across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Update internal slides daily with accurate and timely stats
- Assist with the “Wall of Fame” program: surveying team members, prepping materials, and scheduling recognition moments
- Distribute job satisfaction surveys and help compile results for leadership
- Create and edit simple marketing graphics, templates, and signs using Canva
- Help coordinate and assemble welcome packs for new employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to stay organized and meet weekly deadlines
- Willingness to travel locally to different site locations as needed
- Interest in marketing, communications, design, and employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience using Canva or other design tools
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles
