Graphic Designer

A fast-growing beauty brand is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic Marketing team. This role, titled Graphic Designer / Social Media & Digital Marketing, is ideal for a visually driven, trend-savvy creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for digital design, beauty, and social media culture. You’ll work closely with Social, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to produce visually compelling assets across various digital platforms—ranging from social content and email banners to digital ads and paid media graphics—helping to shape the brand’s online visual identity.


Responsibilities

  • Design on-brand, eye-catching social content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Reddit (including posts, GIFs, stories, reels, etc.)
  • Develop visual assets for email campaigns, website banners, digital ads, and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to performance marketing efforts by designing creative elements for paid social acquisition videos (e.g., animated overlays, motion graphics)
  • Maintain visual brand consistency while experimenting with new styles and trends to stay relevant and engaging
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and produce content that aligns with campaign goals
  • Retouch product images, edit visual content, and resize assets for multiple digital use cases
  • Keep up with emerging digital design trends, social media formats, and innovative technologies
  • Maintain organized design files and templates for team-wide access and use
  • Support additional creative projects including pitch decks, presentations, and branded promotions

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital design, social media content creation, or marketing (internship experience welcome)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Previous experience designing content for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics, basic video editing (Adobe Premiere or After Effects), and tools like Canva or Figma is a plus
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout, and color in a digital context
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment while meeting deadlines
  • A genuine passion for beauty, fashion, social media, and emerging digital culture
