Content and Operations Manager

The Briones Society seeks a generalist with strong writing and operational skills motivated to help build a vibrant, solutions-oriented conservative movement in cities. As the second Briones employee, the Content and Operations Manager will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and steely determination to promote conservative ideas and grow the community of engaged conservatives in cities, starting in San Francisco.

About the Briones Society

The Briones Society is a political club building a vibrant, solutions-oriented conservative movement in cities and a talent pipeline for principled conservative candidates. Founded in 2022, Briones offers a compelling value proposition:

  • Conservatives and the Republican Party benefit by growing their influence in diverse, urban communities while reaffirming a commitment to republican values like respect for the rule of law.
  • Cities benefit from improved governance — yielding better schools, cleaner streets, and safer neighborhoods — when conservative ideas are advanced and conservative voters are mobilized.
  • Centrists of all parties benefit as conservatives help defeat far-left ideologues and push Democratic Party politics toward pragmatism.

In just three years, Briones has grown from an idea to a formidable force in San Francisco politics, reaching 18,000 voters with its weekly Briones Digest, publishing a monthly podcast, attracting hundreds of people to its events, and winning control of the local GOP.
