Go-To-Market & Strategy Intern

Substream is building the future of live entertainment infrastructure—serving emerging sports leagues, podcasters, and media brands with ultra-low-latency streaming, white-glove distribution, and direct monetization. We believe creators and rights-holders should own their audience, their data, and the lion’s share of their revenue.

We’re seeking driven, entrepreneurial interns to join us for a 90-day go-to-market sprint as we scale toward fundraising. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to our growth strategy, sales pipeline, and product-market fit. You'll collaborate closely with company leadership and gain high-level exposure to early-stage startup operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across verticals.

Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and CRM tools.

Conduct user interviews and gather structured feedback to inform GTM strategy.

Support development of marketing content and messaging frameworks.

Maintain and analyze reports on lead conversion, campaign performance, and feedback loops.

Work cross-functionally with product and leadership teams to align messaging with roadmap.

Skills We’re Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Interest in startups, tech, media, or sports

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Notion, or CRM platforms

Bonus: Experience with outbound outreach tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Helper, Relay.app)

Minimum Requirements

Current undergraduate student or recent graduate

Available 20 hours per week (flexible)

Strong interest in business, marketing, or product strategy

Authorized to work in the U.S.
