The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is seeking to hire two student assistants to assist with the day-to-day operations providing Information Technology support to our Downtown Sacramento Location and Remote Office Location (West Sacramento). The student will be under the supervision of the Information Systems Specialist I and will assist CDFW users on a variety of hardware and software platforms. The student will respond to incoming calls, interact one-on-one with users and log issues with Cherwell ticketing System.
