Outreach and Bookings Intern

COW Productions creates culturally rich stories through film, animation, and comics. We inspire and engage communities—especially youth—through creative media, school tours, and events.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and organized intern to help us solidify bookings for our upcoming school tour and events. This role is ideal for someone interested in communications, entertainment, or youth outreach.

Responsibilities:

Research and contact schools, youth programs, and community organizations

Follow up with leads and maintain a booking calendar

Draft outreach emails and proposals

Assist with scheduling and confirmations

Update CRM or tracking systems

Represent COW Productions professionally in communication

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and self-motivated

Comfortable reaching out via phone and email

Interest in film, education, or social impact is a plus

Prior experience with outreach, sales, or coordination is a bonus
