What I liked

I work at WebFX full-time beyond a 'summer job', but this was the most relevant category where I could share my feedback! My experience at WebFX since graduating has been nothing but wonderful! Of all of the companies I could've started with right out of college, I feel so lucky that I chose to start my career here. I'm apart of a team that genuinely cares about me and my growth and I'm truly surrounded by the most hard-working and passionate people I've ever met in my life. There are countless opportunities for growth, an endless amount of encouragement and support, and the Monday morning coffee bar doesn't hurt either! If you're looking for a team that genuinely works hard and plays hard, this is the place.

What I wish was different

WebFX offers a lot of really incredible resources to continue your growth and education (along with a million other benefits) and I really wish I had taken advantage of them sooner. Adjusting from being a student to adult-life is definitely a bit tough so I wish I had fallen into my work routine a bit quicker and taken more advantage of the amazing things we're offered, but that's really more of a personal thing!

Advice

The interview process was a bit in-depth, but the biggest piece of advice I can give is to "trust the process" and tell you that it's definitely worth it. The interview process here is set up in a way that really allows you to get to know the company as much as they're getting to know you, so at the end of it all, you feel so confident about the decision being made. I was going through this interview process alongside another one at the same time and I can honestly say that this one was the best I had experienced. I felt so valued as a candidate even before joining the FX Family!
