What I liked
The rhythm of the job has provided a real Design Studio experience, as well as contributed to my technical and artistic skills and tripled the size of my portfolio
What I wish was different
It took a while to streamline the Design process, from a Toppel employee submitting a design request to me uploading the final version of the design. The silver lining was that I got to be part of the streamlining, coming up with ideas and recommendations on how to make the process easier yet more effective.
Advice
Don't be afraid of the feedback you'll receive. It's part of the design process. Working with a team, collaborating, exchanging ideas with others, will ever only make a design better.
