I get to split my time between solving programming and other CIS related questions for students and working on my portfolio. It's a pretty flexible job.
What I wish was different
I wish I could acquire more weekly hours.
Advice
Have patience. Sometimes explaining things to people can be very taxing but when you can help them understand, that is rewarding.
