“Beyond the completion of my projects, I believe that my biggest take away is that everyone can become a leader regardless of who you are or your background. When I first started, I remember feeling insignificant within the company and eventually with dedication and hard work I was able to become more important as the weeks went by. This shows you we can all be leaders if we set our minds to it. For that reason, I feel that out all the experiences and takeaways this is the biggest one for me.
