What I liked
The atmosphere of working with a diverse group of individuals was a memorable experience. The staff had an amass of knowledge about the field as well as immense passion and dedication.
What I wish was different
I wish breaks were a bit longer, at first there is a ton of work to do, I guess because of the increase in patient uptake the hours are already fixed. However for interning I would prefer a longer break than 30 min since the work will tire you up.
Advice
Wear comfortable shoes, and always try to take your lunch because if you leave the clinic to get something to eat the traffic or bridge can delay your lunch time. Also don’t be afraid, the staff has your best interest and will ensure you are capable before doing a task.
