The company's work culture. My supervisors were so friendly and they are competent in their field. I also like the startup culture even though the company is a unicorn company. Also I like the Innovation Cup which is a hackathon competition in Pattern.
What I wish was different
Nothing much. Since I was able to prove myself by going one more mile during my internship, I was able to learn a lot during my internship.
Advice
Pattern's CEO respects work life balance. He emphasized that during our intern meetings. If you prove your talents, you don't have to worry about it. There are great talents in Pattern. You will be able to learn from them and grow. :)
