Our office was very good about enforcing social distancing. Cubicles were spread out throughout the office so that no one was too close. We were also allowed to listen to music/podcasts while working through loans since the position was mostly individual and self monitored!
What I wish was different
Because of social distancing, it was very hard to socialize and form relationships with co-workers. I wish they offered virtual or social distanced events that could’ve helped with this.
Advice
This position was not quite the right fit for me but I think introverted people would love this position.
