I liked that I was given meaningful work and trusted with the task of managing my own workload. I also appreciated that the organization put in the time and effort to help its interns with their professional development through seminars with high-ranking analysts and other networking opportunities.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been in person, but it had to be remote due to COVID-19.
Advice
Take advantage of the time to connect with others in the organization, not just your direct supervisors!
