What I liked
The amount of time they took to train me for the position as well as the sheer amount of events I am able to work and meet important figures in Washington, DC is unpaired to anywhere else in DC.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been another Operations Intern who was there with me so that I would have also been able to learn from a current intern in my field instead of only learning through the staff.
Advice
Be prepared for work to pick up, but instead of getting stressed, take this as a sign that you are doing good enough for more work to be given to you.
