The community. Everyone was incredibly inviting and wanted to help me adjust to my role at the organization.
What I wish was different
More interactions with other interns. Because a majority of people worked remote, there was limited interactions between people in different roles outside of your department.

Ask questions - everyone there just wants to see you succeed.

What I liked
The people that I worked with and the projects that had me be involved with as an intern. I was excited to virtually go to work each day because my colleagues cared about me and wanted me to develop throughout the experience.
What I wish was different
I wish that we would have been able to be at least somewhat in person for the 2021 summer internship program, but I completely understand as CNO prioritized associates' health and safety throughout the pandemic!
Advice
Reach out to other people in the business. Ask about their careers, their experiences and what they wish they would have done during college or slightly after. You never know the impact that you will have on someone!
