Talent Management Intern

May - August 2018 • Midvale, UT

What I liked

I loved being able to dip my toes in many areas of HR including Performance Management, Leadership Development, Training, Onboarding, Recruiting, and People Analytics. My team actively ensured I felt like one of the team, and not "just an intern."

What I wish was different

At the end they began to run out of projects for me to work on. I wish there was more I could have worked on in my final days to leave on a high note.

Advice
