Marketing Director (Intern/Vol)

Position Overview

As a Marketing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and expanding our reach. You'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract and engage our target audience. This role is perfect for someone seeking a leadership position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
    • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to increase brand awareness and follower growth
    • Monitor social media analytics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers to promote our brand and products
    • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful campaigns
  • Email Marketing:
    • Create and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, such as workshops, pop-up shops, and community gatherings
  • Brand Partnerships:
    • Identify and pursue potential brand partnerships to expand our reach and influence

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about the Christian faith and creative expression
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • This role is ideal for someone looking to thwart their career into a leadership qualified position as you would either aleady have experience and are looking to build a company from the ground up, which could turn into a position. Or someone with a smaller resume, but the skills to build a company's revenue, for the same result.

Preferences

  • At least 2-5 years of experience managing eCommerce marketing channels
  • Proven ability to position our merchandise as a luxury fashion staple
