HR Intern

Job Summary

The HR Intern will be responsible for providing logistical and operational support to coordinate key phases of a candidate’s life cycle as they move through the interview process. The HR Intern will contribute to projects to learn and improve ATS reporting, dashboards, and data quality. Emphasis on process-driven tasks requiring strong communication, technical skills, and the ability to problem solve. 

Origami Risk is currently recruiting candidates interested in a 12-week, paid, in-person internship based in our Chicago Office during Summer 2023.

Key Responsibilities

• Partners with recruiters to communicate expectations and ensure candidates and hiring teams have a positive interview experience
• Build and execute candidate sourcing campaigns utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter
• Tracks status of candidates in the interview process and coordinate with the talent acquisition team on responses and status updates
• Assists with posting jobs in our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, external job boards, University career centers, Handshake, etc. and ensure formatting guidelines are followed
• Maintains ATS system including reporting and data accuracy
• Administers pre-employment assessments
• Additional projects as assigned

Qualification

• Must have Junior, Senior, or Graduate student standing, and be working on a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or another relevant major
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
