ENGINEER - RESEARCH ENGINEER - SIGNAL PROCESSING

Job Summary:

Design, develop, integrate, test and deploy new signal processing capabilities in the areas of energy detection, channelization, signal recognition, and signal demodulation for applications in specialized radio communication, geolocation and electronic warfare programs. Work with a team of engineers and software development staff to create innovative solutions that include antenna arrays, RF processing hardware, and extensive software processing capabilities including application of machine learning techniques.

Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with coursework in signal processing, software and telecommunications and 0 - 5 years experience. Must have at least a 3.3 GPA. Must be familiar with telecommunications, communications signal processing, and proficient with Linux. Must be familiar with Matlab and Python and proficient in C/C++. Experience with software defined radios and SDR frameworks like GNU radio and/or Redhawk/OSSIE a plus. Familiarity with GPU technology and the CUDA development environment is desired. A valid/clear driver's license is required.
