We are looking for a Robotics engineer who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty with hardware and wetware to join our fast-paced team.

We write code in Python and C/C++/embedded using OpenCV and ML libraries, model complex robotic hardware with Solidworks and simulation packages, and design PCBs and custom wire harnesses to enable life science researchers to build and explore 3D living structures using their Biobot 1.

We develop hardware, sensors, and electronics to optimize our customer’s results and develop the cutting edge standard of bioprinting.

We want to talk to you if you:

• have experience working on hardware/connected(IoT)/robotics projects at big companies, startups, and at hackathons, especially projects outside of school work

• have worked with robotic systems in the past, because that’s essentially what we build here at BioBots

• experience with sensors, embedded systems/firmware or SoC platforms like the Raspberry Pi

• experience designing custom PCB boards for robotic systems and writing the embedded software that goes along with it
