Multi-Brand Marketing Intern
Job Summary
L&W Ascot is seeking an entrepreneurial, tech-forward Multi-Brand Growth Marketing & AI Operations Intern to support a rapidly scaling, highly interconnected portfolio of sports and wellness businesses. This is an immersive, hybrid role bridging corporate strategy, digital execution, and automated workflows.
Working directly with the executive team, you will design and implement organic social media strategies across three specific sub-brands: Be Boundless Consulting (a B2C advisory firm helping high school athletes and their parents navigate recruitment), the high-profile personal brand of Power 4 (P4) college football athlete, and an emerging holistic herbal tea brand formulated for athletic recovery, relaxation, and mindfulness.
Additionally, you will leverage modern AI integration software to automate back-end operational workflows and collaborate closely with an external agency to execute major brand ambassador partnerships for our client.
Core Details & Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 / hour (Paid bi-weekly)
- Weekly Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week (Flexible around class schedules)
- Job Type: Part-Time Internship (Fall / Spring / Summer Semester)
- Location: Hybrid (Remote digital work + occasional local strategy or content capture meetings in the Los Angeles / Inland Empire. area)
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Brand Strategy & Social Media Implementation
- Be Boundless Consulting: Conceptualize and script short-form educational videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) designed to solve the pain points of high school parents navigating the recruitment landscape thinking of creative ways to educate and inform them on the things they can do to transition through the high school and college NIL landscape and collective space.
- P4 Athlete Personal Brand: Help curate high-impact lifestyle, training, and athletic content that optimizes brand equity across active media platforms.
- Holistic Herbal Tea Brand: Develop clean, modern visual campaigns emphasizing natural recovery, mental clarity, and body hydration to build a community of health-conscious athletes and consumers.
AI Software & Operational Workflow Automation
- System Connectivity: Assist in setting up and linking AI tools and automation software (e.g., Zapier, Make, ChatGPT APIs, or automated CRM schedulers) to streamline content workflows, auto-reply to inbound parent leads, and organize asset management.
- Efficiency Optimization: Build smart operational templates to reduce manual data entry and ensure easy handoffs between cross-functional business lines.
3. Agency Collaboration & Brand Ambassador Partnerships
- External Liaison: Serve as a point of contact assisting an outside marketing firm tasked with securing and executing corporate brand ambassador deals for our client.
- Deliverable Tracking: Coordinate with external agents to ensure organic social media fulfillment seamlessly aligns with compliance boundaries and third-party contract obligations.
Qualifications
- Major: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, Communications, or Computer/Information Systems.
- Digital Proficiency: Advanced understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms, mobile video editing (CapCut/Canva), and current social commerce trends.
- AI Curiosity: Familiarity or deep interest in leveraging AI tools and software connectors to optimize daily productivity and operational flows.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with the agility to pivot from professional/empathetic (for parents) to athletic/cultural (for athlete branding), to serene/wellness-focused (for the herbal tea line).
