Outreach Sales and Partnerships Representative

Who We Are

We are a growing portfolio of businesses based in New York City spanning multiple industries. Our brands are expanding and we need someone on the ground helping us grow across all of them. This role supports our broader business umbrella and may involve working across different brands and verticals as needed.

The Role

This role combines outreach, relationship building, and hustle. You will be connecting with potential clients and partners through phone calls, messaging, and in-person visits across Manhattan; finding new customers for our businesses and building partnerships that drive growth. You will be expected to be flexible and adaptable across different brands and industries within our portfolio as needed. No hard sales experience required. What matters is that you are confident, personable, and excited to represent brands you can genuinely get behind.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conducting in-person outreach and on-site visits across Manhattan to introduce our brands to potential customers and partners
  • Identifying and approaching businesses, residential buildings, and community hubs that align with our brands
  • Making outbound calls and sending texts to prospective clients and potential partners across our portfolio of businesses
  • Pitching clearly and enthusiastically to potential clients and partners on behalf of our businesses
  • Building relationships with local businesses and organizations to create ongoing referral partnerships and customer funnels
  • Reporting on outreach activity, leads generated, and partnerships established
  • Traveling within Manhattan
  • Adapting your approach and messaging fluidly across different brands and industries within our portfolio

  • Are confident, energetic, and enthusiastic; you light up a room and people respond to you
  • Can pitch an idea clearly and compellingly without a script
  • Are comfortable working independently and managing your own time
  • Are adaptable and can represent different brands and industries with equal enthusiasm
  • Know how to navigate the NYC subway/bus system or have your own transportation
  • Are hungry to build real-world experience in sales, business development, and brand building

Schedule & Compensation

  • Pay: $18.00 per hour
  • Type: Part-Time
  • Schedule: Flexible; specific hours and days will be discussed and negotiated during the interview process to accommodate your availability
  • Location: Manhattan, NY; occasional travel to other boroughs might be wanted
