Web Developer Intern

The Position: Web Developer Intern

We're seeking a motivated Web Developer Intern to join our growing team. This role provides hands-on experience working on a live product used by dancers, parents, and collegiate dance programs nationwide.

The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and excited about contributing to meaningful projects while gaining real-world startup experience.

 

What You'll Work On

  • Assist with front-end and back-end development initiatives
  • Improve platform functionality, performance, and user experience
  • Develop and implement new features based on user feedback and business needs
  • Troubleshoot bugs and help identify scalable solutions
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize product enhancements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes
  • Contribute ideas for future platform improvements and innovation
  • Help optimize platform performance, security, and scalability

Hours

Approximately 15–25 hours per week, depending on availability and academic commitments.

 

Compensation

Unpaid internship.
