Product Design Intern

As a Product Design Intern at Folio, you'll contribute to the design of platform experiences that help students navigate internships, career development, and professional growth. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to research user needs, develop concepts, and refine interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with Folio's mission.

This role is ideal for students with a passion for human-centered design who want real-world experience shaping digital products from research through execution at a purpose-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of findings.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that address identified user needs.
• Contribute to the refinement of Folio's design system and interface standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and well-implemented.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and team input.
