As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, creative, and highly organized Marketing & Growth Coordinator to help expand our brand awareness and support business development initiatives.

Position Overview

This is an in-person position in Boca Raton, Florida. Remote, hybrid, and relocation candidates will not be considered. Applicants must already live within commuting distance of Boca Raton. This position will work directly with company leadership and play a key role in helping grow the NeuroReformer® brand. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, comfortable with social media and digital marketing, enjoys creating content, and is excited about contributing to a growing healthcare technology company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media management and content creation
• Support marketing campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and customer communications
• Help coordinate strategic outreach and lead generation initiatives
• Assist with website updates and digital marketing efforts
• Support podcast, public relations, and brand awareness activities
• Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral
• Assist with trade show and event planning
• Help manage marketing projects and special initiatives as the company grows

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Familiarity with Canva, video editing, graphic design, or similar tools is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn

• Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)
