Operations & Event Manager

About Laser Tag On The Go
Laser Tag On The Go is Connecticut's premier mobile laser tag company, bringing high-energy entertainment to birthday parties, schools, camps, corporate events, and community festivals throughout Connecticut and surrounding areas.
We're looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on team member who can help manage daily operations, prepare equipment, coordinate staff schedules, load vehicles, and assist with events.
Position Overview
The Operations & Event Manager will play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. This position combines warehouse management, event logistics, staff scheduling, equipment preparation, and occasional event support.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate event staff
Prepare weekly event schedules
Load and unload company vehicles
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
Inspect, clean, and test laser tag equipment
Track equipment repairs and maintenance
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Manage event supplies and inventory levels
Coordinate deliveries and pickups
Communicate with team members regarding schedules and assignments
Assist ownership with operational projects
Occasionally work events on weekends
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Event or logistics experience preferred
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
Compensation
$22-$30 per hour depending on experience
Part-time to full-time opportunity
Performance bonuses available

Schedule
20-40 hours per week
Flexible weekday hours
Weekend event support as needed
