- Work with People and Culture to rectify or monitor hazards or risks and manage recovery at work programs.
- Report all work injuries immediately to your manager or People and Culture using the Injury Notification Form, where possible at the time of incident or injury.

- Triage and escalate more complex issues to the Social Media Manager & Producer.
- Help keep ambassador records, codes and contact details accurate and up to date.
Organic Social Media Support

- Identify potential influencers for collaboration and share recommendations with the Social Media Manager & Producer.
- Build and maintain trend and influencer watchlists that the wider marketing team can draw from.

- Take over the ‘middle section’ of influencer collaborations once an initial conversation has been started — coordinating product shipment, contract follow-up, and check-ins on content delivery.
- Hand back to the Social Media Manager & Producer once content is delivered and ready for review.
- Help unlock additional collaboration capacity by being the reliable second pair of hands across the workflow.
