Concierge/Front Office Manager in Development Program

The 12-month Concierge/Front Office Manager in Development Program for recent hospitality graduates is designed to give selected participants the tools they need to accelerate their career and succeed as future leaders. This is true for any young professional seeking hands-on, real-world experience to prepare them for a career in the concierge services and front office operations within a resort, hotel, and most specifically private country club industry. In addition to operational exposure and training, MIDs will be provided valuable management experiences, assigned operational project work, one-on-one coaching and mentorship, and provided with regular individual feedback throughout the program.
Program Dates: June 2026 - May 2027
Hours per Week: 35-40 hours/week

- Eventbrite event registration administration
- Club website and mobile app knowledge
- Event communications and member correspondence
- Guest pass and gift certificate processing and filing
- Participation in club meetings
- System setup for dining hours of operation
- Notary certification
- Processing member special requests for dining and events
- Understanding Communication Request Forms and Banquet Event Order (BEO) Forms
- Training on all club systems utilized by the Concierge Department
