Design Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, customer-focused Design Specialist to help bring our clients’ spaces to life. In this role, you’ll partner with customers both in-store and in their homes to deliver personalized design solutions—from furniture and mattresses to décor and accessories.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for interior design who wants to grow into a professional design career while building strong sales and client consultation skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Consult with customers to design functional, beautiful living spaces
• Recommend furniture, décor, and complete room solutions
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
• Grow your expertise in space planning, styling, and design services

What We’re Looking For:

• Interior Design education or experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Sales or retail experience preferred
• Comfortable using technology and POS systems

Schedule:

Full-time (40–45 hours/week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexible scheduling available.
